Dangers of Smoking


Any product of tobacco is dangerous. So it goes without saying that smoking any type of tobacco is truly a dangerous habit. It’s destructive after effects are innumerable. Illness caused by inhaling tobacco fumes are mostly fatal. No one can deny that smoking is so dangerous that it may cause all the nearly incurable & fatal disease like cancer, heart disease, chronic bronchitis & some other respiratory organ diseases.
It is known to all yet more than eighty percent people of our country are addicted to or in the habit of such obnoxious act. One should be aware that any type of cigarette, cigar, and cheroot in any brand on attractive cover of mouth watering blend is poison. A puff of any type of cigarette smoke contains fifteen billion particles of extremely harmful ingredients like; nicotine, methyl alcohol, carbon monoxide, arsenic & several other dangerous acids.
Nicotine is such an injurious product that it obstructs the free flow of blood through the blood vessels. This result is reducing the supply of oxygen in the blood to a great extent. The tobacco which is accumulated inside the lungs, after the inhalation of smoke, slows down the action of Celia & eventually destroys it.
The presence of carbon monoxide in the tobacco smoke drivers out of life giving oxygen from the blood. We know that it is extremely injurious to our health. Arsenic too is a dangerous cancer creating product of tobacco smoke. All these bring damage to the brain. People addicted to smoking, suffer mostly from ill-health & they also look sickly.
A smoker loses his appetite for food & thus loses energy for normal activity. Besides polluting the environment, smoking causes irritation to the eye. A chain smoker wastes a lot of money to appease his addiction.
